Weekday Wins

I had a meal replacement protein shake for breakfast this morning. AND that wasn't enough, so I also had my regular strawberries and one ounce of protein on top of it.  WHICH I think is fine, because I was starving.

Yesterday, Amanda and I went to Overton Park to do our yoga, and it ended up being really great.  We had a lot of fun, it was super peaceful, and we got our crunches and squats in.  We had girl time afterward with Mary and Annie, so all in all, it was a well-rounded Wednesday night.  And we didn't have to pay for anything. :D

My body is starting to slide into okay-so-we're-working-out-regularly-again-and-it's-going-to-hurt-all-the-time-now mode, which means it's getting more and more difficult to get out of bed in the mornings (physically), and my hot showers are feeling better and better. :)
