Ab Challenge?

Abs exercises are so simple to add on to any workout, so I'm contemplating doing some kind of "ab challenge" in January. My love handles are driving me insane and I want them GONE, which unfortunately cardio alone will not accomplish. I found a good ab circuit on Pinterest--only 10 minutes extra on the end of the workout, or 5 even if you just do one circuit (which was me last night because OUCH).

Stuff to improve my overall me-ness

Ideally you would complete this twice but it's harder than it sounds. I'm sore from going through it once yesterday. I'm going to try to devote at LEAST 5 minutes each day to this circuit for January and see how it goes.
